I promise I will get to working on the remaining posts I have planned, including Spain, Germany, Prague, as well as a budget round up not only for the month of December, but for the entire time I’ve been traveling as well. So get ready!
But for now, I’ve thrown together a little ‘2015 in review’ video that sums up my travels for this past year.
2015 was the year of traveling around Europe! There were some pretty amazing adventures that were had - from scuba diving in Iceland, to road tripping around Ireland. Visiting the tulip gardens of Amsterdam, the castle the inspired Disney, the most incredible cathedral I’ve ever seen in Barcelona, and 3 concentration camps across Germany and Prague. I had some emotionally rough times during ‘travel burn out’, and had the absolute pleasure of meeting up with friends and family as well as making new ones.
I’ll also let you in on a few of my plans for 2016 (as it stands right now).
I’m going to be in Germany until January 9, then Morocco until January 29. Then it’s on to Oslo, Norway for 3 days before flying to Bangkok! I’m really excited to be getting back to Thailand.
At the moment, the plan is to stay in Thailand for a month or two and have a bit of a ‘home base’. There might be a bit of traveling throughout the rest of SE Asia, before finally making my way to Australia on a Work and Holiday Visa. This visa will give me the ability to live and work in the country for up to a year. Since a large majority of my Aussie friends live in the Sydney area, this is where I’m thinking of settling first.
Regardless of whether or not any of this actually comes to fruition, I honestly can’t wait to see what 2016 has in store for me!
But for now, let’s take a look back at 2015 in review. Enjoy!
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
