Earlier this week we had the joyous occasion of digging ourselves out of 36 inches of snow here in Massachusetts (gotta love winter in New England).
That is just so many levels of not ok…I’m still sore from shoveling
So naturally, while spending 3 hours shoveling in bitter cold and wind, it makes me think of warmer days. More specifically, Koh Lanta in Thailand.
I talked a bit about Koh Lanta in a previous post, and while lately most of my posts have been focused on my trek to Mount Everest Base Camp and subsequent time in Nepal, it’s now time to continue on to all the other adventures I’ve had!
Now I love a good sunset. And previously having lived in San Diego, CA I’d had my fair share of them.
But the island of Koh Lanta is in a league of its own. I have never seen anything like the sunsets here. Therefore, in order to get my mind off basically living in the Arctic minus the polar bears, I decided to dedicate an entire post to the colors and clouds of Thailand’s setting sun.
So sit back, relax, and for those of you in snowy and frozen climates, imagine you’re sitting on the beach with a delicious alcoholic beverage.
Where in the world did you see your favorite sunsets?
